Health Course Iconography(UMN)

Who knew a college course could have a logo? The Pre-Health Student Resource Center, part of the University of Minnesota, manages a number of courses to educate future health professionals. However, instructors who taught these classes needed a more efficient way to organize these large lists of classes.

To address this issue, the approach was to assign each individual course its own simple icon, where both instructors and students can distinguish the courses. One constraint was that this iconography series had to fit within the brand guidelines of the University of Minnesota. In the end, these icons live on the web, via google presentations and online courses.
